You can request a return by emailing us at infoevryshape@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible for a return, products must meet the following conditions:

  • Be free from imperfections, stains, or signs of wear

  • Be returned in the original packaging

  • Be shipped back in a securely sealed package

RETURN PROCEDURE
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect the item(s) and issue either a full refund or send you the replacement product.

⚠️ Refunds are only processed after the returned product has been received and inspected. Submitting an early dispute may delay the process.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. The return must be shipped from the same country to which the order was originally delivered. Please use a trackable courier service and email us the tracking number.
If the package is lost and does not reach our warehouse, we will not be able to process a refund.
