Size exchange or refund? No problem!

You can request a return by emailing us at infoevryshape@gmail.com within 30 days from the date you received your product.

REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible for a return, products must meet the following conditions:

• Free from imperfections or signs of wear

• Returned in the original packaging

• Shipped back in a securely sealed package

RETURN PROCEDURE
Once your package arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect it and issue either a full refund or send you your replacement product.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and must be made from the same country in which the order was originally delivered. The shipment must be handled by a trackable courier, and the tracking code must be provided via email.
If the package is lost and does not reach our warehouse, we cannot process a refund.
