You can request a return by email to: infoevryshape@gmail.com within 30 days from the date you received the package.
REQUIREMENTS
To request a return, the products must be free of imperfections or signs of wear, inside the packaging in which they arrive and in a well-sealed package.
RETURN PROCEDURE
As soon as the package arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect it and issue a full refund or ship your new product.
⚠️ Refunds will be issued only after the returned product has been received and inspected. Early disputes may delay the process.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and must be made to the same country as the one to which the order was delivered. The shipment must be handled by a traceable courier, and the tracking code must be sent via email. If the package is lost and does not arrive at our warehouse, we cannot refund the purchase.
