REQUIREMENTS

To request a return, the products must be without imperfections, no signs of wear, inside the original packaging in which they arrived and in a well-sealed package.

RETURN PROCEDURE

As soon as the package arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect it and issue a full refund or ship your new product.

⚠️ The refund will be issued only after receipt and verification of the returned product. In case of early dispute, the process may be delayed.

The return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility and must be carried out within the same country to which the order was delivered. The shipment must be entrusted to a trackable courier and the tracking code communicated via email. If the package is lost and does not arrive at our warehouse, we cannot proceed with the refund of the purchase.
