To request a return, the products must be free of imperfections or signs of wear, inside the packaging in which they arrive and in a well-sealed package.

RETURN PROCEDURE

As soon as the package arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect it and issue a full refund or ship your new product.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and must be made to the same country as the one to which the order was delivered.
